The Library Data Platform (LDP) is an open-source platform for library analytics. The LDP project brings together an open community working to promote data integration and analytics capabilities in libraries.
LDP software has been deployed in libraries to serve as a foundation for reporting and assessment, business analytics, and visualization. It is supported by a growing community that are building analytics and tools on the platform.
One of the core technologies being developed in LDP is Metadb, an open-source data integration system that transforms, versions, and annotates streaming data from multiple sources. Metadb is designed with analytics in mind and to support communities in partnering on data interoperability.
